Very disappointed, as a good customer, i never was explained the return policy, i didn't get the right part, lousy service, don't go there, now im stuck with a part i dont need and didn't touch, the part still in the box, i was very nice and pleasant, i didn't have an attitude, i spoke the rest of the employees were busy, but the one i talk to was very mean and didn't give a shit, if i wasn't explained the return policy, he should've made an exception for me, i had to wait on my the guy to work on my car, its not right JOHNN... read more
I had them try to diagnose an issue with my car and I was told they didn't even look under the hood and there was nothing wrong with it after they drove it around. They also left the cloth steering wheel cover and the key fob covered in oil/grease, the key fob is fine but the steering wheel cover is ruined. On the way home from their shop where I was told nothing was wrong, the car broke down. I called them to tell them what happened and they didn't even care or offer to tow it anywhere.

These people don't answer the phone. Why waste your time going there for them to tell you don't have the part or more expensive. Just answer the phone.
