I have gotten quite a few cars from Auto Maxx thru the years. They were all super nice. With quality cars and low prices. They have been in business for over 20 years. Same owners same location. I only buy my cars from Auto Maxx. They have a great reputation in this community. That's stands for a lot.
Very poor customer service. I spoke with the manager in a very professional manner and asked for a two-week extension to pay my car off in full. Keep in mind, I had already paid the MAJORITY of the total balance, leaving about $1,000 left to be paid. He didn't seem to care that I had paid most of the balance and rudely rejected my request for an extension.
