Marcus was very helpful helping us find a new car. He was patient with our process and worked within our budget. The dealership as a whole seems very well run and efficient. I’d recommend their services!
Terrible customer service experience, very unprofessional. No one knows what's going on. Once you purchase the car, they stop caring. I was told car was ready, "It's cleaned and I see it in front of me". I come in and have to wait for almost 2 hours. It took them 30 min just to FIND the car in the lot. They then started scrambling to clean it. I received it FILTHY, mats still wet, and with 7% charge. They couldn't even install the number plate correctly.
