Quan was very respectful, did not pressure me into buying a car, didn’t end up buying a car when visiting but will be back in the future because of his customer service.
Service was nice but quality was very ghetto. We bought a 2005 Toyota Sienna XLE from here about 2 years ago, and when we bought it, there was a mildew smell inside and they had told us they were gonna clean it and get rid of it, which never happened. The passenger side sliding door never worked, oh not to mention the check engine and VSC light came on not even 24 hours after taking it home so they cleared the codes on it without actually fixing it. I just want to say that this place is the best and the prices can't be beat ANYWHERE!!! In fact I already paid off 1 SUV and decided less than a month later to help my son's mother get a car for our son which is his first car So if you know anyone looking for a car just send them to AUTO MAX FJ
