Did a great job
Reached out and got no response from dealer, stopped by to look at Toyota Sequoia & no one came out of the office to offer assistance. After a taking a good look at the SUV found the catalytic converters were cut out underneath. Very poor experience.

oh well ,, i did talk to Mr Zane and i told him somebody stole the catalytic converters on the car ,in fact they cut my fence and stole catalytic converters off 3 vehicles and i also told him i not at office and he needs to let me know what time he will be there
Tony was honest and professional. Prior too driving from San Antonio he was able to accept deposit or make transaction via phone to hold this vehicle. Final purchase made in person with TTL paperwork. We test drove Jeep and with minor wear and tear to expect due to the year. This vehicle is in great condition mechanically and interior. This dealer never even came out of the office to assist us with any vehicle we liked at, surely someone must have seen us as we viewed almost every car on the lot. They didn’t act like they wanted to sell so we didn’t buy... customer service is everything.

I exchanged a few emails with two different employees (or principals) at Auto-Max. I requested the price (as none was listed) and a Carfax report. I received the price, but the response to the Carfax suggested I should get on my own. Fully fair enough, but as there are plenty of 2006-2007 Accords for sale in the Houston metro with similar trim levels, mileage and price points, I pursued vehicles for which the Carfax was provided at no expense to create my shortlist more efficiently.
