FIAT service people, especially Julie, are great!
The first question I asked was the last one answered after 20 minutes on the property. I stopped because of a sign that states they will buy your car. It's a very misleading sign. One because I can't leave zero.
BUYER BEWARE! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM EITHER AUTOMAX OR THEIR PARENT COMPANY OF FIAT OF ALBUQUERQUE. I purchased a certified preowned vehicle from their DEALERSHIP approximately a year ago, paid in full, and it is a lemon. Their DEALERSHIP does nothing to help, even with the warranty purchased. Please beware of purchasing vehicles, as they will most likely be lemons as well. Perhaps that is why the Automax store is closing.
Shawn New was awesome. Good customer service. We left very happy with a new car and a great deal.
