I was initially interested in checking out this dealership but decided against it after seeing not only the concerning reviews but also the dealership’s bizarre, unprofessional, and frankly embarrassing responses to feedback. Very unprofessional
I liked Mo from the get go. He knows his cars and is professional but not pushy. He also has an eclectic assortment of vehicles and I was interested in an older Honda. The car looked good and handled well on a test drive. My mechanic checked it over, and gave the car the thumbs up. A couple of things needing attention were fixed before I picked the car up, as promised. Buying a used car is stressful and I am happy to have my car at a fair price and ethical customer service.
I purchased a 2014 Dodge Journey on Wednesday and by Monday I lost 1 quart of oil I called them and the owner said you bring it in and we will fix it I’m here now Thursday May 4th and he fixed it. I am great full and I would recommend this auto dealer ship to any one they are honest and trust worthy in my book.But I mean a Big But in the first 6 months of owning the SUV I put about $5,000.00 dollars into it like new tire’s alternator battery 4 stabilizer bars brakes ( drums and pads ) and the main wire going from the alterna... read more
