Extremely poor from this mechanic shop. My ma is an elderly lady, whom they have fully taken advantage of over a few visits. This one instance has been the last straw, she was quoted $660 in repairs. I took it to another mechanic, who advised that all that was needed was a fuse replacement. This hasn't been a one-off as well. They tried telling her she needed a new AC fan due to an "abnormal" noise, which turned out to be the cabin filter incorrectly installed during her last service with Auto Masters.
