This morning, just before entering the freeway from Newcastle St, I heard “flapping” noises coming from the tyre. My son who was nearby, called this Auto Masters and the gentleman was very helpful. Test drove my car and then, back at the workshop, found a flathead tack/nail wedged in the groove of the tyre. Removed and checked tyre pressure and test drove again. Once again Automasters at Northbridge, Perth came to the rescue of my daughter in her ageing 2009 Kia Rio Sport on a Wednesday morning! With a flashing engine warning light and the engine running very rough, the crew at Automasters had the car in and the fault diagnosed within minutes. I took the car here a few times for service, every time there is a new job that needs to be done but if you don’t do it next time the issue is magically disappeared. First time I took my car there they told me the breaks urgently needed to be done, told them I was going to wait and at the next service magically they were fine, same at the one after that. If there is nothing to repair they’ll find something you ‘absolutely’ need to do, anything to make you spend more money. It’s hard to trust someone when every time they just... read more
