Once again Automasters at Northbridge, Perth came to the rescue of my daughter in her ageing 2009 Kia Rio Sport on a Wednesday morning! With a flashing engine warning light and the engine running very rough, the crew at Automasters had the car in and the fault diagnosed within minutes. I took the car here a few times for service, every time there is a new job that needs to be done but if you don’t do it next time the issue is magically disappeared. First time I took my car there they told me the breaks urgently needed to be done, told them I was going to wait and at the next service magically they were fine, same at the one after that. Great customer service! Kieran and Jay were very thorough explaining what needed to be done on my Santa Fe. Love the Service Cam they provide which makes it easy to understand. Highly recommended!
The team have fixed my overheated engine. Cylinder head and cylinder block machined, the head gasket replaced. All associated works completed at a high standard. Considering the scope of works they did very well for the quoted price. The loan car was provided for me for the whole duration of repair works. Will definitely come back for future routine service.
