I will NEVER EVER recommend Auto Masters to anyone! I made my car payment and they failed to post it. They disenabled my starter while I was at work. Which I had absolutely no idea the could do. Thought it was my starter and,had my vehicle towed to my mechanic. Towing bill $120.00 plus Mechanic bill $250.00 for a total of $370.00 out of pocket due to THEIR error! My heavens, you people are a joke. It's no surprise to hear the half-assed manager Danni is real quick to belittle a wife and daughter just trying to get a second key for the car we just bought. If you're a heart patient, stay the hell away from Gary, the so-called sales guy, because you will die from second-hand smoke while you're talking to him. Oh...and our passenger window fell out onto our driveway within two hours of purchasing the car. Go somewhere else.
I bought my car from auto masters and Gary helped me get into just what I wanted. Their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone
My fiancé bought a car back a couple months ago. Told her there were going to fix this and that on car before contract was signed and got it written down on the contract saying this was going to get done. Dropped it off and they kept it 9 days. Said they had gas tank out. Putting new brakes on it. In the body shop getting wheels fixed,new ac compressor was ordered and everything was having to be replaced to fix AC. Seat belt fixed....
