Service was fine. However they tried to ridiculously over charge me for replacing my engine filter and pollen filter. Both of which are very easy to install and cost about $25-$40. They were trying to charge $125 and $185. Trying to rip off because they assume I don’t know about cars. Do not reccomend going there, they will chalk up ridiculous charges.
I can’t thank on of the gentleman at Auto Masters Norwood enough for their outstanding service. From the moment I contacted them, they were incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive. They managed to fit me in quickly when I needed assistance, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Great customer service, friendly staff! I am very grateful they were the first mechanic I called when needing an urgent repair on my car while visiting Adelaide. I was able to take my car in with minimal notice, it was towed in late afternoon and ready to drive out the next day. They also provided a courtesy car, which I was very appreciative of. Thank you for your great service during a stressful time! :)
