The guy up front went out of his way to make sure I was back in business, making sure they got the flywheel back in time to finish my clutch. He gave my quote to the warranty co straight away. He treated it like he needed to get the vehicle back on the road cause he cared that I needed to get to my jobs that I had booked for gutter cleaning. 6 star service!
Fulfilling a customers simple request that would have cost you nothing, could have led to many things ( A new customer ) But sadly your front of house staff member Obviously doesn’t need or want any new customers .
