Unfortunately with a long history with Auto Masters as a Family we will NEVER use or recommend this company to anyone ever. Loyalty to customers who have been loyal too them does NOT even cross their minds after spending thousands of dollars over years with them, We as customers are just a number to them and all they see is dollar signs when walk in the front doors WARNING, THERE WARRANTY IS NOT WHAT THEY SAY As a person/customer I don't expect or want anything for free , we just want what we paid for and both agreed on. I am so impressed with the level of service and engagement from the Joondalup team. The quality of work is fantastic. When I had a query on follow up the team immediately helped me knowing I was travelling soon and ensured my vehicle was ready for our holiday. The video review prior to collecting what’s needed, access via phone and face to face service is brilliant.
Took our mazda cx7 in there with a weird noise, unfortunately the engine is basically in catastrophic failure (dont buy a mazda with the mrz 2.3 disi turbo motor!) but the guys checked it out and lets us know, no charge and they even topped the oil up so we could get the car home. Very lovely service and genuine people, thanks guys!
