Had my car service this week and was really happy with Shane services, they even vacuum my car which was a nice surprise when i went to pick it up. Would recommend and definitely will be back..
Amazing team! Greatly appreciated the honesty as another mechanic had told me the repair would take a week & cost thousands! These guys had it fixed within hours and for less than $600. The video explaining what needed to be repaired was fantastic. I did not even have to ask/beg for a courtesy car, it was offered to me! I will definitely come back, I’m very grateful, best customer service I’ve received in a long time.

Gold star service from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional, and so easy to deal with. I loved the video they sent while my car was being serviced — they walked through everything clearly, which made the whole process feel really transparent. I had my MUX serviced by the Automasters team, I was very satisfied with the level of communication they offered, the cleanliness of the store and how polite the whole team was from the time I walked in, to the handover of my vehicle. I will be continuing to use Automasters Coopers Plains as my mechanical workshop moving forward.
