"Booked in and completed in time. Video of additional service items was informative and explained warranty essentials versus nice to do items."
First time using Auto Masters and it won't be the last. They were friendly, efficient, thorough and fully upfront with everything. Especially impressed with the video they sent me during the service, pointing out things they found that needed to be attended to. When the car was returned it had been cleaned, tyres painted and the key rings and pocket packets of tissues left for us on the front seat were an extra nice touch. Couldn't be happier with the service. Will definitely be using Auto Masters again.
Superb staff that pay very close attention to detail and don't charge like wounded bulls. Was my first time using Automasters Albany and as a result of my experience they will now become my mechanics of choice.
