Very prompt, they knew that I was unwell, so fast tracked my vehicle. Picked up some minor issues, and repaired them in good time. I actually saved around $375 compared to a Ford service. Will be going back in future.
Huge thanks to Liam for his amazing help! I showed up without an appointment, just 40 minutes before closing on a Saturday with an emergency, and he took me in immediately with a very warm welcome. The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently, and I was back on the road in no time. He even kindly refused to charge me for the quick check and labour. Professional, honest and incredibly helpful highly recommended !
Most expensive service I've ever done, they didn't change the air filter (they've just wrote that's dirty on the report and didn't even clean it or anything) I've asked to check the clutch and they didn't, instead they've made up that my car is unregistered when I've got receipts and vic road records that prove the opposite, they didn't service injectors and throttle body or even asked me if I wanted to service them while they're 19 years or 30000kms overdue as they wrote on the report, they didn't change my wipers and just ... read more
