Having been doing service here in the last 6 years and the experience was always good
Unfortunately had a bad experience, took my Trax to investigate a noise issue, none found, left and broke down on way home, had to get towed back, the issue was “fixed” for $410, next day another issue, had to call out a mobile mechanic who found multiple issues with the current work and previous work, costing over $2000, let manager know, was suggested to get a refund, had to follow up several times, then told will get credit on next service, needless to say will not be going back. Extremely disappointing service.
took my toyota hilux in for a service, did a very good job but had a couple hiccups with my clutch. took it back in the next day and they fixed it up for free. super nice guys and explained everything to me over the phone so i understood what was happening. would definitely recommend, cheers guys!
