Hands down the best experience I have had with a car shop in years. I took my car from the Washington DC metro area to Hickory, NC at the referral of a friend. I had an complex issue with my electrical system on my 06 ML500 that no-one in the DC area could find, or wanted to try to find. Well worth the effort, and so impressed by their service. I’m truly amazed how this establishment can have a 5 star rating. I’ve had my vehicle here several times and each time I’ve had to end up taking else where to have work done that they said was completed. Prices also change from one quote to another without letting you know. I must say the staff is at least very courteous.

There is no other place that I would trust with my BMW, or Mercedes (when I had it). Fair, honest and knowledgeable! I pay a bit more for oil changes (Liqui Moly only!) but there's a reason my car has over 225,000 miles on it. Just put new Michelins on her and have no doubt she will last through them!
