I’ve been going here now for a little under a year. They have the best prices in the champaign county area and are down to earth and honest mechanics. They don’t sugarcoat anything and tell you straight. If they don’t know what it might be or it may require a dealership to look at it they will tell you the truth. Now i’ve done a lot of things to my car from oil changes, exhaust leaks, full new exhaust, brakes and all times they did a great job. I took my car to this shop to have the brakes replaced, but the job was done incorrectly. I scheduled several appointments for them to fix the issue, but on three different occasions, I arrived for my appointment only to wait for hours without proper service. After these experiences, I asked around and heard several negative stories from other customers as well. Based on my experience and what I’ve learned, I do not recommend this shop. Their customer service also needs significant improvement.
I brought my car to this shop for repairs, but the problem was never fixed even though I paid for the service. When I asked for a solution, they refused to either correct the issue or offer a refund. I’m very disappointed with their service and would not recommend this shop.
