Just like all the other reviews, I bought a POS car from their lot with nothing but problems. Paid it off in full and the whole 4 years I’ve had nothing but trouble with the vehicle you name it I’ve had to replace just about everything. Coming from a someone in their 20s who was so excited to purchase her first vehicle, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Purchased a 2012 Terrain and a month into it it started having all kinds of issues, I've probably have had to spend way more, and now 2 years later its literally parked because it needs a whole new transmission. Please save your money or whatever you have saved and look at better options. Friendlier service should be constant and not just when you're buying a car.
Worst experience I have ever had it has not been more than a month and my car has broken down three times now they are telling me they are going to replace the parts with junkyard parts
