Very unprofessional car dealership. As soon as we showed up a man yelled across the street if we had an appointment very rudely but we let it go because we really loved the car. Also, Instead of going over numbers and talking with us first, they went straight to running credit and pushing us out the door and saying they will call us later. Love the car but............ Ryan the owner seems like a great guy but you are typically not dealing with him. I flew in to pick up my car and there were 2 very severe dents/scratches that were not disclosed when I had specifically asked for a walk around the car detailing any damage. There were also several other smaller scratches etc and a blown center channel speaker. Just got a charger from there. Great work on communication and getting things done within a short time frame. Love the small business atmosphere with wide selection of premium vehicles. Would definitely recommend anyone to give them a try if you're in the area looking for a quality used vehicle.
I have bought a lot of cars over the years. I usually enter the dealership with a sense of dread, and lunch and a sleeping bag, prepared to spend hours haggling and hammering out the deal. I have to say that Auto Market Direct provided the best experience I have ever had. I gave Ryan my specifications and limitations over the phone.
