Today I made the payoff of my Jetta and I had no problems, until they offered to take my Jetta on account of another new car, it is a good diler to buy a car if you have bad credit, give you facilities
Horrible horrible people to deal with. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. We bought our 2006 navigator from them, granted it was used, but prior to purchasing it they informed my husband that they replaced all 8 coils and spark plugs. However they lied to us. They said they sent it to their mechanic to do this work. Two weeks after purchasing it, it started acting up and the engine light came on. Good experience. Bought a 2005 vehicle. Some issues were not unexpected in a car with 115,000 miles. None has surfaced. That aside, the atmosphere is professional and presented the car as advertised. Met my requests and were helpful. I would shop here again.
Please go there if u want to invest in a car with more problems than a little bit...They are not honest about the cars condition..less than 2 weeks of havin car needed extensive work and i was told i bought it used so no longer their problem..please go elswhere for peace of mind..
What a great experience ! The sale representative was patient and answered all of my questions . The manager was so nice and helpful. It was an overall pleasant experience and I definitely go back for my next car :) highly recommended .
They will not tell you the truth about a vehicle. Even after I pointed out the brand philips screw holding in a very offset headlight, he still kept insisting the car was NEVER in an accident. When I drove it, the alignment was so bad the steering wheel shook and pulled hard to the left. It was so bad. Still he insisted the van was in perfect condition.
