How can the improve? First, by not treating their employees like they own them. Second by maybe the owner not telling people of different nationalities publicly, that they experience lackluster service because their inability to speak fluently in English. Third, not supplying service to someone because your ignorance to their sexual orientation or gender identity is completely horrific. Who are you to deny anyone?
