Neil was amazing! He walked me through every step with insurance and pricing and got here earlier than expected. I will definitely recommend Neil again.
Awesome service and price! Came right to my door and fixed 2 RAV4 FOB keys within a half hour! Cost $80. Dealer would have charged over $400 for one key!
I lost my only set of car keys inside my local Walmart. I called my used car dealership and they connected me with Neal. He was awesome!! Very professional and was able to get me a new car key within 24 hours! He even went to Walmart to make my key on site for me. Let's hope I never need this service again (haha), but I highly recommend auto lock specialists!

Your service man was here in less than 1/2 hour, we don't live far apart. He quicky went to work and my Key Fob was fixed in less than half hour, too. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone. I Googled this problem and contacted an Ace Hardware in Spring Lake. They gave me his name and phone number, and a great recommendation.
