after some initial spurts in communication the service once initiated was excellent.
Let’s just say if you get locked out of your car, you should call Auto Lock Specialist. I lost my keys and spent half a day trying to contact dealer to have a new key cut. The third dealer had key blank. Fourth dealer cut my key. Got back to car and key didn’t work. That’s when I called Auto Lock Specialist. Dan was the name of my technician. He was very understanding of my dilemma and we spoke and treated my emergency as his own. He had a key that was cut correctly and started my car!! He even had to reprogram the key to my... read more
