Jeffrey is the best in the business! Had a battery issue in my boat and he was able to use his knowledge and give me step by step instructions over the phone to get me taken care of. He knows his stuff so well, I probably could have done it blind folded. Will use him in the future for any and all of my boating needs!
Jeffrey and his team did an amazing job with my trolling motor install. His customer service is exceptional. I couldn’t be there so he video called to walk me through the install process step-by-step to make sure there were no surprises and Inknew exactly what was happening. Then, after install, he followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working as advertised and I was satisfied with their work. He came highly recommended and now I understand why.
Who knew there were even people like Jeffrey Fadalla out there? This guy is so knowledgeable, so friendly and so helpful. He problem-solved a trolling motor issue for me, reached out on my behalf to the people who could help (who were also exceptional), and I was back to fully operational the next day. Above and beyond is an understatement! He deserves every great review he gets.
