service department is useless. bought a truck past week and theyre supposed to fix a few small things they wont return calls, had it for multiple days and claimed the problem was fixed, returned it still not working. Now having to take it to my own shop for someone competent to work on it. Avoid them like the plague

On the 31st of January my husband and I went to buy a used car at the car dealership located in Brunswick Pike, Lawrenceville NJ. We met with Anthony. He was very professional, amicable and very informative. Greeted with great respect. We ended upbuying a 2019 Jeep Renegade. It was a very good experience. The people there know how to treat the customers and are very people friendly.
I contacted the dealership and spoke with a sales representative, but they were unwilling to negotiate on the price. The conversation felt unprofessional, and the representative was rude and offered very little information about the vehicle. It honestly didn’t seem like they were interested in earning my business.
