When I first purchased my vehicle from AutoLenders in August 2021, the customer service was amazing and the buying process was smooth. Unfortunately, less than a year later (July 2022), the car needed a full engine replacement. Despite servicing my vehicle exclusively at Infiniti of West Chester, Infiniti denied the claim citing “improper maintenance by a previous owner,” and the extended warranty also denied it, saying it was still under manufacturer’s coverage. This is by far the worst company to deal with for service. In a previous review I shared a story about their incompetence, but after receiving a call decided to pull the review because I appreciated that they were paying attention. Well, it turns out to be all BS, so this one is permanent. The first issue was related to an inspection, one in which I pointed out that the car needed a headlight replaced. I will be honest and tell you that at first I was very reluctant in making the three hour trip, but once we arrived and saw the Pleasant atmosphere and the multiple choices that were given to me to select from, I was extremely pleased with the outcome and how quickly paperwork was moved through to get us back on the road in Our New Jeep.
