Great experience. Andrew Lake is great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The most pleasant experience I ever had buying a car. I went to their Newtown Square location. I highly recommend them.
Bought my vehicle from auto lenders last year. My experience was fine. Came back this year for a free oil change and state inspection and they failed my vehicle for my tires saying my tread depth was too low. I ended up taking my vehicle to another mechanic and found out my tread depth was well above minimum depth which is (2/32), and my tires were at (7/32), I would not recommend service here they may try and sell you on things you don’t need

With all due respect, I am not a ignorant person. But when I went there to purchase a vehicle, I have good credit and I had money to put down. But they treated me very bad like I was not worth their time , very disrespectful, and they spoke openly with no respect for me.As a black person i cannot tell people where to spend their money at But if you're smart, you will go elsewhere. Please take my word, stop supporting people. That don't care about you
