Repeated communication issues. I call to see if parts are in and get no response. The first time I had the blend door actuator problem, it took six months to finally get it fixed. They would never return my calls. After six months, I wrote a review and escalated the issue. They finally contacted me and, amazingly, got the part the very next day. My salesperson at AutoLenders in Voorhees was Sherohn. We had him before when my husband and I bought my Honda CRV and my husbands Subaru Crosstrek. This time I traded my Honda in for my 2023 Subaru Crosstrek. I can’t say enough about Sherohn. He answered all of our questions and was completely honest with us. It only took 2 hours to process everything. I am so happy with my new car and happy that we had Sherohn again. Give this man a raise lol I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a car.
