If you need to buy a car and you go to the Voorhees, NJ location, ask for Reggie Perez. He was the best. Always upbeat, very knowledgeable and got me the best possible deal. Hands down one of the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with!
I came from out of state. After having everything setup, it took me less than an hour to COMPLETELY inspect the vehicle I was purchasing, and sign the paperwork.
I have tried to work with Auto Lenders in good faith to resolve the issues with the vehicle I purchased. After multiple repair attempts(9), I was told the company was willing to refund only the purchase price of the vehicle. Unfortunately, that would leave me responsible for nearly $3,000 in documentation fees, DMV fees, taxes, and other costs that I paid because of this purchase. Disrespectful. I came in to just shop around and take a look at some numbers, but set a clear boundaey that I would not be purchasing anything that day. I came with my current maintenance records, as well as an offer in hand from another dealership that recommended I look here as well, due to some unfortunate circumstances.
