Everything was done via email so I didn't even have to take time from work throughout the process. Ron even found a buyer for my old car and they came to my job to deliver the lease vehicle and take my old car all at once. The process was super easy and Ron answered any questions I had in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend versus trying to lease direct from the dealer.
