I bought a 2016 Kia Sorento from them. It is a beautiful car but very next day the transmission started acting up. I called them let them know Kia could not check it for a month, he said ok. I have texted him multiple times and left voicemail telling him I need a new transmission with NO response. I know it’s a used as is car lot but he told me if something immediately happened they would make it right, I guess not.
Mr.Ray and the staff are great people. So great I ended up buying Two cars from them and I highly recommend them, superb Costumer service. 5-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
