I have bought a couple of vehicles from them and understand that it is a USED car and even in NEW cars there are problems the times I have had a little problem with the vehicle they have always helped me out at anyway possible. They sell a little bit of everything in any price range I highly recommend this place and i will keep going to buy my cars there.

I highly recommend this place. The agents are a plus and so is the inventory. I have purchased a luxury car .bmw...a hummer and a Hyundai sonata recently for my husband for his birthday. My daughter has a Pontiac from them as well as my son a Chevy cobalt. This is like our family establishment very friendly, courteous and accommodating. I would highly recommend to any and everyone to come purchase a vehicle here. They also have great mechanics that will help with any repairs and the prices are more reasonable than any where I've ever known. My mom will be purchasing a vehicle here as well very soon.

First purchased a car with them at their old location in Palatine, IL 6 years ago. Since then I purchased another car at their new location in Crest Hill, IL. They have always been very helpful with any problems or questions I've had. Every time I have needed to get my car serviced they were helpful in finding a solution and not overcharging me which was very important being a full time student.

This place is trash. I bought a vehicle from this place. It broke within 45 days if me having it. Sent me a bill stating I had 21 days from August 23rd to pay for these services and what I owed on my bill. They sold my car at auction from underneath me last week (seven days early) didn't tell me until after I sent 900 to start paying down my debt. Said I didn't answer so they sold my car. They did call when I wasn't available however they sent me a bill with a due date so that's not how illinois law works. Multiple names for business. This is obviously a new Facebook page. Stay far away from this place. Anyone who has had similar cases with this location no matter what name please contact me directly. My lawyer is curious as to how many other people have fallen victim to this establishments practices.

I bought a car here it broke with severe issues within the first month. The next month after they say they'll take it to repair it I make my payment and make a payment arrangement for the parts. they sent a letter (here) that's terrible wording and looks severely unprofessional. sold my car to auction a week early. said it's cause I didn't answer my phone (it's great cause illinois law doesn't work that way) .....funny they didn't tell me till after I had already gave them 900 the PREVIOUS day (I also called back and got a full voicemail requested a manager but Alex is never there) ...I would still have a week from today if you're going by this so ....said they did a repo on it.
