You Have A New Customer I was refered to Travis at Auto Lab by my neighbor. I am glad that I listened. Being a female it has not been easy finding a place I feel I can trust with my vehicle. The guys at Auto Lab were straight forward and honest with me. They addressed all the concerns I had regarding my vehicle. I am a very satisfied customer!
My Car Problem I was having a noise problem with my Chrysler Pacifica that was driving me crazy. I was very frustrated because I had already had my vehicle to two different shops that were not able to fix my problem. When I called Auto Lab I was told they had a mechanic that they were very confident in that could pin point and fix my problem. Thank goodness they were right! My problem is fixed!
great alternative to taking car to dealership I think dealerships way over charge for working on your car, so this auto repair shop makes a great alternative to taking your car to the dealership, and they do the same, great work. They even took me back to work while they worked on it, and honored my extended warrantee. I am a AAA Michigan member, so I even got a discount off the work billed. Great prices anyways, but discounts always help. I will never go to the dealership again...this place is way better!
Can not perform simple brake job I took my Honda Accord in because my brakes were giving me problems. For $306 they replaced front brake pads and rotors. I just got from having to take the car in for a 3rd time in an attempt to resolve still existing heavy grinding sound. Dropped it off 1st thing in the morning with a promise it would be the 1st car in. 3 1/2 hours later the car still had not been looked at. Listened to a number of excuses and ended up leaving with the car and problem not resolved. STAY AWAY!!
