We encountered an issue with our vehicle on a Friday at 5:45pm. I called two places who said we were out of luck due to it being late on a Friday and couldn't get us in until Tuesday due to a holiday on Monday. I then called the Auto Lab and they too said they would be closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Out of the goodness of their heart, however, they offered (without me even asking) to stay almost two hours past their closing time to ensure our car was fixed.
