I was referred to Andy and his shop by a coworker of mine, with my 2017 Escape. I had an estimate within 2 hours. Then had multiple strut, control arm and more done to my car, finished within 2 days. Less than. Pretty sure the ending price was a tiny bit lower than my estimate if I’m not mistaken. Super nice and professional folks. Community based for us in Gaylord. I will be back! Hopefully not too soon.
They got my car in and finished same day while I was at work to address multiple concerns. They explained everything to me, including future issues that may arise, and answered questions I had about previous work from other (out of state) shops. Easy to work with and definitely recommend!
I drive a Chrysler 300 unfortunately expensive to work on. Auto lab has always gotten my car done in a timely manner they do an excellent professional job and answer any questions I may have. I would highly recommend Auto lab to anyone
I had somewhat of an emergency with my car. They were able to work me into their schedule the same day. They we very helpful and the pricing was very reasonable. I definitely recommend them. They did a great job!
