I took my truck in for service and it sat for 3 business days for them (S) to tell me they won't work on it because the truck frame has a rust hole. I politely asked for them to take a picture of the problem area. This was followed up by a very snarky response by (S) "the frame is treated with (fluid film rustproofing) and I can't even take a pic of it". So basically they are picking and choosing what they want to work on and or don't want to work on if a vehicle has fluid rustproofing on it. The truck was at a body shop and... read more
