Dan and Nigel service and fix both my cars for past 8+ years. Honest reliable and good priced. I feel safe driving because I know they take pride in their work.
Avoid this place, they scam their customers as a lot of the other reviews have said. We brought our car in for a pink slip and were told that we needed 4x new tyres in order to pass. They looked over the car for around 5 minutes and still charged over $50, and had poor customer service. We then took the car down the road to John Crawford in Manly Vale and they told us all of the tyres were completely fine and easily had another year left on them, and gave us a pink slip that same day. I requested a rego pink slip inspection today and provided my details, car make & model to book it in. I then returned an hour later to drop it off and told I'd be contacted when done. Half an hour later, received a call where I was told that my car was only 2 years old therefore did not require a pink slip inspection - even though he had gone ahead and completed it anyway! I'm sure he knew that when I booked it in as well as plugging the rego into the system to get the compliance date etc, so felt that he took advantage and... read more
Nigel was great. I had a stupid accident and was worried about damage to my car. He hoisted it up steaight away and checked the underside and advised that the damage was superficial. He was able to do it immediately and so I could stop worrying.
The mechanic told me that there was an issue with the radiator and needed to be completely replaced plus quoted me another $3000 worth of additional work. I took it to a different mechanic for a second opinion. He said the radiator is in working condition and there is no serious issues with the vehicle. This place was upselling and trying to replace working parts
