The mechanic told me that there was an issue with the radiator and needed to be completely replaced plus quoted me another $3000 worth of additional work. I took it to a different mechanic for a second opinion. He said the radiator is in working condition and there is no serious issues with the vehicle. This place was upselling and trying to replace working parts
I took my car for a service there this week. My main issue was with the pricing and secondly it was the customer service. I have no issues paying for everything recommended to be done for the car, however the pricing was not fair. I had a few second opinions and they all concluded that parts were unfairly marked up, along with some other things. The labour charge was nearly the price of the parts. My car wouldn't start because the battery was dead so I walked here and the guy lent me a charging thing and then when I brought the car up he replaced the battery did my rego and service for a very reasonable cost. Clearly trusted by the locals! And now my local.
