Scam. They were amazing at first, until repairs were done. I give one star because after spending close to $2k for repairs, I turned around and had the same problem that I took it there for to begin with. Their response when I called to see if they would look again- "we'll be happy to take a look for you again, but it'll cost another $100 inspection fee". Seriously?? After almost $2,000, AND the inspection fee doesn't even go toward the cost of repairs. To say the least I'm angry and won't be going back unless it's for cover... read more
Last week I picked my car up from auto lab from only having an inspection just to pick my car up in way worse condition than it was and was told a homeless person broke into my car. My car still a week later smells of nothing but cigarettes and beer. I have sticky stuff all over my dash but the worst is the smell that will not come out and they refuse to do anything about it. They do great work and great customer service. Well bring all my vehicles here and also have friend and family bring there stuff here too.
