I called to request service for my power steering, abs brake lights, and engine light to be diagnosed and serviced. We agreed that’s what I wanted done, I spent $4,300 just to get my car back with an engine light still on. I brought it back and they waived the diagnostic fee (100 or so) but wanted me to pay an extra $1,000 for something both parties agreed to fix the first time I brought it in. Scam. They were amazing at first, until repairs were done. I give one star because after spending close to $2k for repairs, I turned around and had the same problem that I took it there for to begin with. Their response when I called to see if they would look again- "we'll be happy to take a look for you again, but it'll cost another $100 inspection fee". Seriously?? After almost $2,000, AND the inspection fee doesn't even go toward the cost of repairs. To say the least I'm angry and won't be going back unless it's for cover... read more
Last week I picked my car up from auto lab from only having an inspection just to pick my car up in way worse condition than it was and was told a homeless person broke into my car. My car still a week later smells of nothing but cigarettes and beer. I have sticky stuff all over my dash but the worst is the smell that will not come out and they refuse to do anything about it.
