Booked and paid for an on the spot safety certificate as had sold the car and the new owner wanted to pick up asap. The mechanic was friendly and completed the certificate but said his manager needed to approve it and I would receive it within the hour. I was surprised it wasn’t “on the spot” as their website states but didn’t mind waiting an hour. Terrible service just mess you around to suite their own their own needs and end up canceling because it’s more convenient for them
