Absolutely rude person on the phone. As the first point of contact for the company, she creates a very poor impression. The company should seriously reconsider having someone with such an unprofessional attitude representing them.
*edit* I haven’t even got an invoice. I paid almost 3 grands to this business and this is the response I got from them… Seriously avoid this dodgy company Absolutely avoid them. A bald "tough guy" wearing a gold necklace showed up an hour late and was waiting at a different location than scheduled. That aside, my diagnosis took less than 10 minutes, including the drive time.
