Called for the 2nd time in hust over a year and once again got steller service. Was told I would get a call between 12 and 4 and got one just after 12. Even got the same mechanic and he even remembered me from last time. He explained the issue and why, gave me my options (it was the battery this time) and when I asked for his recommendation even though he chose the more expensive one he explained why with language I understood and didn't make me feel like an idiot. Gone through auto king twice for inspections. Always professional and friendly. It's good when they explain what they are doing.
Quick friendly response. Mechanic out within 2 hours. Nice mechanic who took to explain every step and issue. Parts sourced same day for installation next business day. Reasonable pricing. Further issues identified and mechanic returned to check in and explained due to the electrical nature of the work, the car may sometimes not recalibrate. Took it for a drive, repeated tests and everything okay. No charge.
