Called for the 2nd time in hust over a year and once again got steller service. Was told I would get a call between 12 and 4 and got one just after 12. Even got the same mechanic and he even remembered me from last time. He explained the issue and why, gave me my options (it was the battery this time) and when I asked for his recommendation even though he chose the more expensive one he explained why with language I understood and didn't make me feel like an idiot.
