Super prices totally beats PepBoys and Kragen I have not been to this store yet but I plan to make it my local store based on a call today. Was looking for specific brand of pads. PepBoys $51 and about 5 days to get them. Kragen $48. DAP / Auto King $34. I normally buy everything online and use RockAuto $26. Auto King was ruined! This store was NEVER an old junker, it had character and a knowledgable staff that knew thier customers on a first name basis. Auto King was one of the last INDEPENDENT Auto Parts Stores in HB and to see what it became is simply pathetic! The last owner with his "VISION" didn't listen to the long time employees and ruined what was a great neighborhood store. Auto King is not the same. Auto King used to be the best in the business with the most experienced people and great prices. Since they sold out to NAPA, all of their good parts people have left and the ones remaining don't know squat about cars. Time to find a new store.

The commitment, excitement and good will that these folks promote is phenomenal.I visited this store with the part in my hand, I showed it to the counter guy and sure as the sky is blue knew what it was and the car it belonged to, now, that's EXPERIENCE and knowledge.Thanks Auto King!
Their Honesty, Reliability and Value Has Earned Them A Customer For Life Wow! I thought I needed an alternator for my car, so I went to Auto King Auto Parts to buy one. After talking to the counter person she, yes,SHE!!! determined that all I needed was a simple battery terminal to replace the loose, corroded one that was there. It only cost me $1.50!
