I bought a car off of Mr. King in March of 2020, it pulled to the right when I test drove it , I was told they would fix it, I got it back a week later on March 19th, wasn’t driven much because of the lockdown, the car starts jumping to the right on its own. I AM ONLY PUTTING ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO! I bought a Dodge Journey from these people. I talked to them over and over again about how I need a very safe vehicle to drive because I’m about to have a my first daughter. Saying that everyone was very polite and nice but after I take the “very safe” vehicle home. I have now in two months out $3300 into this “very safe” vehicle. This honestly one of my worse car buying experience of all time. They made me very stressed and was not very helpful about the whole ordeal. First off they need to be clear in communication, the owner I am assuming was mad that one of his employees had told me a price on a vehicle. When I had went back and dealt with him this time he did not want to believe me about the price his and employe I had agreed upon. He was unprofessional and rude everytime I had to deal with them.
