Auto Junction=5 STARS I have purchased 3 vehicles in the last 8 yrs with Alex the owner. I fell in love with a car that was with a different dealer and immediately noticed the difference in service. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Jay made the process so easy and uncomplicated. I didn’t spend hours going over paperwork it was straight to the point and he explained everything so I knew exactly what I was getting which was a beautiful car, a great deal and the best service! WOW! This was by far the most disrespectful dealership I’ve ever been to or experienced. The salesman was super rude, sarcastic and just unfriendly. Not what i was expecting when to come trade in my super car for one of their cars. I even spoke with a sales manager Jay, and he was also rude and not at all comforting me as a customer. I’ve had the best experience with Alex the owner of auto junction. His service is always top-notch and I bought several wonderful cars here over the years, honest, reliable, and always goes the extra mile. I highly recommend.
