I'm very pleased with the service I received at Auto Italia. It's a relief to find a place that can be trusted for honest, competent service at a fair price. Adan treated my car as though it was his own, even making sure it was clean when I came to pick it up. I got an up-front estimate that was accurate, a full explanation of the problem along with options and recommendations, and the faulty parts were available for my review. This place is truly a find.
The air in our car had been broken for months and eventually we figured we should just bite the bullet and get it fixed. The defroster is a necessary item �. I can't say enough good things about Adam and Aimee. They always go above and beyond to help me and my daughter with our cars. We had a bad experience buying a car and Adam worked with us along with the claims manager at the warranty company and they were both so helpful to make a terrible situation as good as it could be due to the circumstances. I highly recommend them for your car needs.
Giving Adan full 5 star review. A good mechanic is hard to find. But Adan is more than that! He's attentive, efficient, honest, dedicated to please and serve and he's friendly. I had to replace my transmission. He had the best quote, no hidden extras! Three business days, I had my car back, running better than it's ever run! I might add, during this time he had a new addition to his family. That was over a month ago and I've had no problems. Thank you Adan. I will refer you every opportunity I get.
Adam knows so much about all types of cars and is always extremely honest and hardworking.
Adan has been our go to repair guy for a year now and has helped us with many maintenance and repair needs! I didn't know my own strength and accidentally broke off the rear view mirror in my husbands NEW car. In a panic, I drove straight to Adan and he was able to fix it. It may have been small and simple but to a panicked wife, it was huge :)
Adam is very knowledgeable with cars and does honest work. There are no hidden costs, he tells you everything up front. He is a fantastic mechanic!
Just had my cars interior detailed. They did an amazing job! I can't remember the last time my car looked that good (if ever)! I highly recommend Auto Italia to anyone looking for a professional auto detailing and mechanic services!
We were having problems with our brakes. We called Adan and he was extremely helpful. He offered to drive our car to and from our house if needed to get the brakes repaired. He did a great job. It's nice to know there are good honest mechanics out there still!
