Brought in car for diagnosis and estimate to repair. Without calling to inform me of what was needed, they went ahead and performed other work that did not address the initial problem, incurring a bill for almost $200.00 in costs.

Terrible Service. I brought my car in for repair because the lights were dimming and the car was stalling. They said it was a dead battery (even though it was not old). I pick it up and paid for a battery and it stalled after driving a 1/4 mile from Auto Italia.. My father had suggested an alternater upon drop off but no, they said it was the battery. We then paid an additional amount for the correct--guess what--alternator repair. They were also to fix a window that wouldn't close. We paid for a switch. Guess what, the wind... read more
