Excellent company
I have been doing business with Vicky for probably 15 years . She is the best at what she does when I need to save a little on my premiums she gets it done somehow . I’ve went with other insurance agencies in the past but I’ve always came back to Waggoner Mainly because of the way Vicky makes her clients feel . She has stayed late just to make sure I got what I needed
I called them a week ago. I spoke to Vicky. She wrote down all the information to give me a quote on my home. I never got a call back or an email with a quote. I just called them to see if they had gotten a quote for me yet ... no. Vicky sounded flustered and embarrassed that she had dropped the ball.
