At least you have the satisfaction that others have had favorable results. I can tell you thing that sounds good about my shop, but until you experience our service, you are at a loss. I will say that I am selective about who can be a client of mine. I'm looking for good clients myself, and I suggest that we see if we are a good fit for each other.

Jim Carpenter is reliable, honest, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He truly cares about his job and wants nothing but the best for his clients. He has done everything with our cars from oil changes to brakes to electrical work to replacing the rusted out gas tank. We’ve taken our Tahoe, Jeep, and Mercedes to AIS and we will definitely continue to go to Jim and his mechanics for anything. I highly recommend going there and definitely give them 5 stars!
I've taken many of my personal and company vehicles to AIS, and Jim has surpassed my expectations every time. The warranty on parts and labor is second to none (not that I've ever had to use it!) and his turn-around time is amazing. He gets my company vehicles back on the road ASAP, and the prices are extremely reasonable compared to other shops in Central Ohio. I won't go anywhere else!
I have talked to Jim multiple times regarding multiple vehicles but never kept the others long enough to take them in. Finally bought a Sequoia we wanted to get totally fixed up. Jim took amazing care of us and found a few issues when they got into the scheduled repairs. Called me right away and fixed the bad parts along with the scheduled repair at a very good price. Always trustworthy ,take great care of your vehicle every time.
Whenever I'm in need of a repair I don't trust my car to anyone except the guys at AIS. Knowledgeable, honest and fair. It's not common in this day and age to run across the high level of customer service they provide. It might be a little bit of a drive from Columbus but it's well worth it when it comes to an investment such as your vehicle. Customer for life. Plus it's awesome to be able to support a local hardworking family business!

Thank you Joe, my truck lost power and I was able to limp it in to AIS, Joe knew exactly what was wrong just by what I told him. The fact that I only take my vehicles to AIS and having the history of my vehicle on file means the world to me. AIS had my truck up and running asap it is very comforting having a Master technician working on my vehicle. Thank you Jim and his staff for taking care of my 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 4x4 from 40,000 miles to current 161,000 miles running like new due to them.
