Avoid this Geico "authorized" shop at all costs. I brought my brand-new 2025 car here after being rear-ended. When I handed the keys to the manager Alex, he only noted one dent on the tailgate. I asked him multiple times to do a complete vehicle walkthrough with me and turn the car on to ensure everything was in order. He flatly refused, claiming they would inspect it later and contact me with updates. They did a great job on my car and finished work in an extremely timely fashion. Their customer service is beyond...Kimberly was very helpful, professional and just awesome.
I would have loved to give a 5 star review but I'm going to give an honest one but FIRST I want to give 10 stars to the amazing receptionist Kimberly who goes above and beyond for the customers.
