Wanted to use these guys for tint, but got 2 different prices from 2 different guys (with a $40 difference). Hmm, then after telling me I needed 24 hrs in advance to schedule, the next day they told me I'd have to wait 3 weeks for a simple tint job on 2 windows. No thanks, I took my duckets somewhere else.
Don't waste your time. I took my car in on 12/26/11 for a $150 full detail I was called at 4:30PM telling me my car was ready. I told them I'll pick it up in the morning. I got there at about 11AM, the sun was shinning the buffed out paint on the car looked great then I noticed that the windows looked like crap. So they send out two guys to clean the windows. Amazing service, friendly employees that seem to really care and do a wonderful job. Not sure about the above review, but I have been using Auto Image for several years, not only for details but for electronic and aftermarket accessories...never once had an issue.
I'm usually to first to post a positive comment about a business that does a job above and beyond what I expect, and for those that do not, I'm still usually satisified. However, with Auto Image, this is the SECOND time of my two times to have a vehicle tinted that they made a mistake. Tint is very simple. If you ask for 5%, you should get 5%.
