My experience at Auto Icon was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was poor. The staff lacked the knowledge and professionalism I expected when shopping for a vehicle. Many of my questions were not answered clearly, and I never felt that they were genuinely interested in helping me. They wasted my time, and communication throughout the process was very poor.
